Welcome to the
Cheminformatics Virtual Classroom

An interactive software laboratory in cheminformatics

The Cheminformatics Virtual Classroom is a project currently funded by a phase II Small Business Innovative Research grant from the National Science Foundation awarded to Mesa Analytics & Computing, INC. The Classroom provides concept-based learning with hands-on software tools to university and college classrooms through a web interface. Any faculty at any university or college can request access to the system for use by full time students at their sites. The topics are focused on a broad definition of cheminformatics which includes: Databases, Quantitative Structure Activity Relationships (QSAR), 2D and 3D concepts, and Drug Design. If you are a student and have an account just select the "Login" button in the upper left hand corner to begin. Make sure you are using one of the browers listed below.
